Terms of Service
The plain conditions that apply when you book and receive plumbing service from us.
Quotes and Approval
Every job begins with diagnosis. We then give a written price for the work before it starts, and work proceeds only with your approval of that price. If diagnosis during the job reveals a different or additional problem, we explain it and obtain approval for any changed price before continuing.
Scope of Information on This Site
Pages on this site, including the cost guide and blog, provide general information about plumbing problems and typical considerations. They are not quotes. Your quote is the one given after diagnosis of your specific plumbing in your home.
Scheduling and Access
Appointments are set by phone with an arrival window. An adult should be present during the visit, with clear access to the problem fixture, the cleanout, the water heater, and the main shutoff where relevant. Emergency service outside regular hours is reserved for urgent problems involving active water, sewage, or safety.
Follow-Up on Our Work
If work we performed fails in normal use shortly after a visit, call us promptly at (615) 583-1830 and we will assess the same problem. This follow-up covers the work performed; unrelated failures elsewhere in an aging system are separate diagnoses.
